Why custom?

Things people ask before they sign.
How long does a build take?
Typically 6 to 12 weeks for a focused first version, depending on scope. We scope tight, ship the core, then iterate. You see something working in your hands in the first weeks, not at the end.
What does it cost?
Fixed scope, fixed price. No per-seat licensing, no surprise renewals. After the discovery call you get a single number that covers design, build, testing, and launch.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Source code, IP, and your data export are yours from day one. Hosted where you choose. No lock-in, no proprietary platform you can't leave.
What about Arabic?
Arabic-first by default. The AI assistant thinks in MSA, the UI mirrors correctly under RTL, dates and amounts read naturally. Not a translated afterthought.
What if my process changes?
Software is a living thing. We design for change: explicit state machines, documented codebase, your own database. You can always add a new step, change an approval rule, or extend a workflow without rewriting the foundation.
What happens after the discovery call?
Within five working days you get a one-page scoping document and a fixed estimate. No commitment to proceed. If you want to take it from there, we start; if not, the document is yours to use however you like.
