Terms of Service

Anyone over 18 can browse our marketing pages and use our demo applications. The demos are simulated environments with fake data - they don't affect any real business records. The admin dashboard is for Swyfl.it staff only.

Each demo is a fully working interactive showcase of one kind of internal-operations software we build. The data is generated by us; nothing you do in a demo affects real systems. The demos exist to show capability, not to be production tools. We may update, change, or retire any demo without notice.

Don't: • Try to break, scrape, or overload our service. • Probe for vulnerabilities without coordinating with us first. • Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. • Pretend to be someone else when filling our forms. • Use automated tools to interact with the site at scale. We rate-limit every public endpoint and may block or ban abusive traffic without notice.

When you submit a form (demo email gate or discovery call), you consent to us using the email and contact details you provide to follow up about Swyfl.it's services. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or by emailing sales@swyfl.it.

The website, the demo applications, the design system, the wordmark "Swyfl.it", and all related assets are owned by Swyfl.it. The fictional brands shown inside each demo (BuildTrack Pro, MediStock Central, ThreadFlow, AxisFlow MEP, and their associated client names) are illustrative; any resemblance to a real company is coincidental. Don't copy, scrape, or reproduce our demo applications or the design system without written permission.

The in-demo AI assistant produces text on the fly. AI output can be wrong, biased, or out of date. Don't rely on it for any real business decision. Anything the assistant says is for demonstration only.

We try to keep the site available, but we don't promise any specific uptime. We may take it down for maintenance or stop hosting parts of it without notice. We're not liable for any indirect losses arising from downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, Swyfl.it is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the site or its demos. Our maximum total liability for any direct damage is capped at AED 500.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top, and material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
